Genuinely would not have been able to handle the surprising feedback that I had gotten from my manager if it were not for Avery. She was able to help me breakdown the critical feedback into digestible information and actionable steps. She helped me cut through the noise and help me understand what my next steps were and to succeed within my role. Avery was able to give me feedback and guidance that helped me grow in my career. She met with me multiple times to make ensure I was ready for my weekly one-on-ones with my supervisor. I can honestly say that if it were not for Avery’s brilliance and compassion, I would not have succeeded and improved my confidence with my work.
